Eligibility
Early-stage startups transforming built environment challenges (sustainability, construction, proptech, materials, software).
Prototype, MVP, or early traction preferred before investment.
Geographic focus: Primarily Europe (Nordics/Baltics first).
Process
Pitch Submission / Contact Investment Team — Startups share their pitch or investment materials directly with Kiilto Ventures.
Screen & Due Diligence — Team evaluates market, technology, product, and founder fit.
Term Negotiation — Investment terms (equity, rights, participation) are negotiated.
Investment & Support — Portfolio companies receive capital and strategic collaboration.
What an Applicant can Obtain
If selected for investment from Kiilto Ventures:
