Eligibility

Process

  1. Deal Sourcing & Screening: Founders submit materials or engage through introductions; Red Dog Capital identifies opportunities aligned with its thesis. 

  2. Evaluation & Due Diligence: The firm conducts diligence on product, team, market fit, and business model. 

  3. Term Negotiation: Equity terms and investment amounts are negotiated with the startup per transaction. 

  4. Capital Deployment: Once terms are agreed, Red Dog deploys capital and supports the company with strategic and operational guidance. 

  5. Follow-On Funding: The firm often participates alongside co-investors in later rounds for portfolio companies.
