Process

Founder Outreach & Pitch: Founders connect through network introductions, platforms, or direct outreach and share pitch decks and business plans.

Evaluation & Diligence: Asymmetric conducts detailed diligence on team, product, traction, and market opportunity.

Term Negotiation: If selected, investment size and equity terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Capital Deployment & Support: Once terms are agreed, capital is deployed and Asymmetric works closely with the team, offering strategic guidance and ecosystem access.

Follow-On Potential: The firm may participate in follow-on rounds as companies progress and expand.
