Description
The AWS Space Accelerator APJ is a 10‑week acceleration program presented by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and supported by T‑Hub (India), Minfy, Fusic (Japan), Ansys, and regional space ecosystem partners. It empowers early‑stage space technology startups from India, Japan, and Australia to accelerate their product development, refine go‑to‑market strategies, strengthen fundraising readiness, and harness scalable AWS cloud solutions — all with mentorship from industry experts, access to VC and customer networks, and global visibility opportunities.
Eligibility
• Space technology startups (e.g., satellite communications, earth observation, remote sensing, space infrastructure, drone systems) from India, Japan, and Australia.
• Founders with working products or prototypes ready to scale with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Teams that are committed to program participation and leveraging AWS resources for technical growth and commercialization.
Process
Application Submission: Startups submit applications when the next cohort opens (applications cycle periodically).
Selection: Teams are selected for the 10‑week accelerator based on tech readiness, space relevance, and growth potential.
Kick‑off & Program Delivery: Startups participate in structured sessions including business coaching, technical leadership support, AWS best practices, and 1:1 mentoring.
Demo / Showcase & Connections: Throughout and at the conclusion of the program, companies gain global visibility, connections to investors, space ecosystem leaders, and potential customers.
