Process
Deal Sourcing: Founder outreach, warm introductions, ecosystem referrals
Evaluation: Team strength, product differentiation, customer traction, and scalability
Term Negotiation: Priced Seed or Series A rounds; equity negotiated per deal
Investment & Support: Capital investment plus strategic guidance, enterprise connections, and follow‑on support
