Process
Deal Sourcing: Founder outreach, warm introductions, ecosystem and co‑investor referrals
Evaluation: Team quality, product differentiation, early traction, and market size
Term Negotiation: Priced Seed or Series A rounds; equity negotiated per deal
Investment & Support: Capital investment plus strategic guidance and investor connectivity
