Eligibility
• Smart city, govtech, climate, infrastructure, or urban innovation startups
• MVP or later stage
• Ability to pilot with cities or enterprises
• Scalable solution with real‑world use cases
Process
Sourcing: Global open challenge applications
Evaluation: City relevance, deployability, scalability, impact
Engagement Model: Challenge finalists, pilots, and accelerator support
Capital Structure: Non‑dilutive prizes, pilots, and in‑kind support
