Description
Eosera's CEO, Elyse Stoltz Dickerson, got her start by winning a pitch competition in the early days of starting her business. Now, Eosera wants to pay it forward by hosting, for the second year, a $25K pitch competition with partners Simmons Bank, Higginbotham, Satori Capital, Tech Fort Worth, and UNT Health Science Center. Those who are female founders, own the highest percentage in their business, and are located in the state of Texas are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility
The applicants must be female founders or own the highest percent in the business or partnership. We are looking for a high-growth start-up with the potential to be a multi-million-dollar company. The applicants must be physically located in the state of Texas. Previous winners of the grand prize are not eligible to apply. If you applied last year and would like to reapply, you must fill out a new application.

9/19/23 – 10/17/23- Judging period
10/17/23- Three Finalists announced
11/14/23- Live Pitch event during Global Entrepreneurship Week
There will be 3 finalists that will give an 8-minute pitch with 4 minutes of Q&A each. An expert panel of 3 qualified judges will pick one first-place winner ($15K) and one second-place winner ($10K).
What an Applicant can Obtain
A chance to pitch to qualified judges to win a $15K award for the top female founder for seed money for their company. Second place prize is $10K.
