What Problem We are Solving

Problem
Outpatient healthcare ecosystem is fragmented, with different service companies using different electronic medical record systems (EMRs). This creates an environment where patient information can not be transferred easily, and thus the default mechanism to date has been paper and fax. Delays in patient care due to inappropriate care placement result in poor outcomes and a $90b impact to payors and health systems. Today, referrals are sent out unintelligently via fax to multiple care companies with the hope one of them picks up the order.

About Us

About Us
MedSetGo algorithms match the patient appropriately based on patient-specific parameters such as patient insurance, zipcode, diagnosis, and more. MedSetGo integrates with the clinics EMR as well as service providers EMRs to create an interoperable solution - facilitating ease of information sharing. This has been made possibly by recent advances in standardization in EMR-integration APIs. MedSetGo aims to be a national health information exchange for outpatient healthcare services, one on the order of some of the largest health exchanges that already exist but are very hospital centric, costly, and difficult to implement. MedSetGo has a fully developed product (an AI, automated booking tool for case managers + intake took for service partners), in-market in 2 cities, and we are now advancing past pilots into contracts with larger players. Our current customer set total revenue opportunity is $30M in ARR and our total pipeline revenue opportunity is $100M in ARR, if we are able to upsell with both the health plan client and the health system client.

Go-To Market Strategy

Business Strategy
Sell to payors to deploy MSG solution at scale. Sell to health information exchanges and white-label product offering into hospital workflows across state.

When a hospital decides to send out all referrals via MSG, the service partners in the ecosystem are inclined to join so as to receive that referral set + others.
